You can preset various fields of view to guide users to what you want them to see. When a preset is selected from the pull down menu on the user interface the camera will move to the defined location automatically. You can also give your users vital information about what they are looking at by creating hotspots, which are text and links that appear to the right of the live view. Yet, you can also prevent users from seeing confidential and sensitive information by creating forbidden zones that they can't zoom in on - for instance, the area around your cash register.
