Many of our construction clients are struggling to adjust to new local and federal recommendations around preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand that construction firms of all sizes across the country will be challenged by the impact of the virus, and we’re here to help in any way we can.

The extent to which construction will still move forward across communities depends on decisions that local governments will make over the coming days and weeks. In California, commercial construction is still allowed, even in counties that are recommending stricter lock-down measures. However, other communities are halting construction temporarily. For example, as of March 16, Boston officials are shutting down all construction in the city over mounting concerns about the virus. 

A Construction Dive survey found that 70% of construction workers say anxiety has impacted their work. Other challenges include materials shortage, sick workers, government shutdowns and fewer clients. We believe these impacts are temporary, and we’re committed to helping you get through this challenging time.

Construction cameras can be used to monitor your job sites remotely, enabling project managers to work effectively without needing to travel to the jobsite. They can also be used to enforce safety precautions recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) or individual firm requirements.
