Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record generating enterprise level opportunities and managing large accounts. The position will work with leadership to spearhead the development of the enterprise program at TrueLook. The position will identify and engage with C-Level executives to provide solutions and build a pipeline for enterprise sales, with the goal of securing company-wide use of TrueLook products and services.


  • Through experience, research and collaboration with the leadership team, develop and build out the enterprise selling program at TrueLook
  • Identify and qualify appropriate C-level contacts at identified enterprise organizations
  • Educate and propose TrueLook solutions on an enterprise level to identified prospects 
  • Build ongoing, long-term relationships with customers
  • Uncover new enterprise opportunities 
  • Provide product demonstrations and present solutions
  • Utilize for CRM
  • Report consistently to leadership on progress and results 


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years field sales experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong background in consultative and solution selling, plus relationship building
  • Experience and ability working with C-Level executives
  • Experience managing several large enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
