Job Description

TrueLook is looking for a motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to manage multiple operation departments as our company continues to grow. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s production, supply chain and inventory departments.

You will work cross-functionally with our sales, service, and support team working towards the goal of customer satisfaction and for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate for this role is a person who has demonstrated an understanding of operations, supply chain, logistics as well as warehouse management. The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various business and ERP management tools as well as having good people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the production department in the building of camera builds for orders.
  • Oversee and manage workflow for production activities and production employees
  • Oversee the materials manager and all aspects of inventory control and bill of materials.
  • Manage the supply chain department which includes installations, trailer rental program, customer fulfillment and inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Manage the warehousing operations, transfer of materials to and from warehouse to production floor.
  • Working alongside operations technology department and procurement as it intersects with production.
  • Perform quarterly and annual evaluations with direct reports.
  • Coach and lead department by example in expressing the company core values.
  • Maintain the culture of the Operations Team as well as the TrueLook team.
  • Create an environment of trust, transparency and teamwork that is contagious.
  • Handle all personnel issues of direct report departments including hiring, training etc.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years in Operations/Production Management Role
  • Experience with electrical and wiring theory 
  • Managing direct reports and employee development and coaching
  • Supply Chain and Logistics Experience
  • Warehouse Management
  • Project Management
  • Computer skills and spreadsheet knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but work experience is a must.
