Partner Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the partner/channel program at TrueLook, identifying potential partners, and building and managing those ongoing relationships. They will assist in negotiating and proposing solutions to partners, resellers and distributors. The position will include managing reseller and referral compensation and will work with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between TrueLook and channel partners
  • Set quarterly and annual goals for partners
  • Attract new business partners
  • Manage opportunities from various partners 
  • Work with operations to establish expectations for partners
  • Liaise with marketing team for the creation of messaging, content and marketing assets needed for the partner program
  • Manage long-term relationships with partners
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience working as a partner success manager or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing a partner/channel strategy
  • Salesforce.com experience 
  • Background in software is a plus
  • Ability to self-manage
