Job Description:

TrueLook, Inc is searching for National Sales Director to assist leadership with the day-to-day functions of the sales team.  This position requires leadership skills, an attention to detail and strong communication skills.  You will be responsible for managing the sales team’s daily activities and ensure that the appropriate processes are utilized.  The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate the sales team while driving bookings goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day functions of the sales team
  • Participate in developing marketing strategy
  • Assist the sales team with customer pricing
  • Employee development, coaching, and mentorship
  • Manage both in person and remote employees
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships across departments
  • Assist leadership with defining sales strategies
  • Work with the sales operations team from a reporting aspect

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • SalesForce.com experience
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience 
  • Must possess good organizational leadership skills
  • Multi-tasking ability: ability to be flexible enough to handle numerous tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Must be an excellent communicator, whether orally or on paper
  • Possess excellent decision-making skills
  • Must possess people skills, interpersonal skills, and creativity
