Senior Sales Operations Analyst Job Description:

TrueLook, a technology leader in construction jobsite visibility, is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining sales processes and provide vital data analysis. 

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with sales leadership, account executives and other cross-functional departments to not only deliver administrative support that optimizes the sales team’s performance, but also ensure proper processes are in place. They will have expertise in developing and implementing effective sales tools, training and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall sales process
  • Assist with goal setting and forecasting
  • Create and maintain SalesForce reports and dashboards
  • Assist with uncovering bottlenecks and inconsistencies within the sales team
  • Develop an Account Executive onboarding strategy
  • Reduce friction during the sales process
  • Monitor the effectiveness of targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Review current technologies utilized by the sales team
  • Assist with implementing new sales tools
  • Provide coaching and assist with on-going sales training
  • Act as the SalesForce.com administrator for the sales team
  • Manage all SalesForce.com plug-ins, tools etc.
  • Deliver weekly sales updates to the executive team
  • Monitor the accuracy and effectiveness of existing reports
  • Work closely with marketing SFDC admin to ensure synergy between teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting sales organizations
  • Background in SaaS sales 
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment 
  • Experience of Salesforce.com with the ability to build formula fields, processes, custom views, reports and dashboards
  • Knowledgeable of sales methodologies and consultative selling, preferably with a SaaS-based company is preferred
  • SalesForce.com accreditation
