Strategic Partner Director

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the partner/channel program at TrueLook, identifying potential partners, and building and managing those ongoing relationships. They will assist in negotiating and proposing solutions to partners and resellers. The position will include managing partner and reseller compensation and will work with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales. The partner director will also work with the TrueLook marketing team to create any needed content, collateral, etc. to support the partner program. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between TrueLook and channel partners
  • Work with Sales leadership to set quarterly and annual goals for partners 
  • Develop strategy to evaluate and implement partner collaborations
  • Manage opportunities from multiple partners 
  • Work with operations to establish expectations for partners
  • Liaise with marketing team for the creation of messaging, content and marketing assets needed for the partner program
  • Manage long-term relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Develop strategies and KPI’s to increase profitability of the partnership program
  • Work with TrueLook marketing team to manage and develop co-marketing/co-branded marketing programs with partners 
  • Develop training for both partners and the TrueLook team, including sales enablement activities
  • Represent TrueLook at partner events and conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience working as a partner success manager or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing a partner/channel strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus 
  • Background in technology, SaaS or construction technology a plus
  • Strong self-management skills including initiative, accountability, and organization
