TrueLook proudly partners with AT&T Business to provide first in class innovation and service to our customers. We were recently highlighted by AT&T in their customer story. As a leading provider of construction cameras, TrueLook has grown exponentially, adding thousands of customers each year and capturing 500,000 construction camera images a day. AT&T Business has been a cornerstone of this growth and pivotal to TrueLook serving over 100 million unique users since the inception of the company.

Prior to engaging with AT&T Business, TrueLook had set-up contracts individually for customers with service providers in a customer’s areas. With AT&T Business, this process is stream-lined and grants TrueLook customers access to AT&T’s widely accessible global network.  As a result, all of TrueLook’s customers have access to live-viewing, unlimited custom time-lapses and Intelligent Security in near real time.  Customers don’t have extra fees or service contracts to negotiate when purchasing TrueLook camera hardware and service. TrueLook’s flat service fee also includes unlimited users as well as unlimited 4G LTE data with no data caps on AT&T’s global network, and all project data is stored forever. Every feature comes in our flat service fee at no additional charge, with no contract fees or required length of time.


AT&T Business accomplishes their partnership with TrueLook through two main ways. They utilize a global Sim network with seamless end-to-end connectivity. Then, AT&T’s Control Center, an automated connectivity management platform, creates an easy to navigate Internet of Things (IoT) user experience. Both of these features contribute to TrueLook’s ability to deliver both turn-key service and hardware that only needs to be powered on, immediately operational and automatically connected to AT&T’s dynamic, secure network.

Additionally, because of real-time reporting, TrueLook is quickly aware of any hardware or software issue and can trouble shoot quickly. As technology continues to evolve with security at the forefront, service upgrades and security updates can also be quickly and seamlessly deployed to customers in any location the AT&T global Sim network operates.
