Tips & Tricks: Reactivate a TrueLook Camera in 4 Easy Steps

So you have a TrueLook Camera in storage that worked great on your last jobsite, and you want to use it again on your new project. How do you do that? You can reactivate a previously used TrueLook camera in three easy steps:

Locate the camera’s serial number. This is the 12 digit number located on the white sticker of your TrueLook camera.

Example: D2BN 2019 5047. Not sure? You can also provide the name of your latest project.


Go to the Support Center on the TrueLook website and click on the “Reactivate a Camera” tab. 


Fill in the requested information. Provide your contact information and the new project’s information, including:

name and address of new project, duration in months, and camera’s serial number.


Click Submit!


Another option is to reach out to your TrueLook account representative or TrueLook support team. They will gather the necessary information and get your service started again as soon as possible. 

That’s it!

Your new camera can now be installed on your site, and you’ll be able to log into the TrueLook app to view your jobsite remotely, capture photos and video footage, create time lapses and access all of TrueLook’s innovative features.
