TrueLook, a leader in construction camera technology, is in search of a Marketing Technologist to bolster our dynamic team. As the Marketing Technologist reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in merging marketing and technology to propel our company’s growth objectives forward.

The ideal candidate will possess a knack for analyzing data and research to derive practical insights to shape marketing strategies. They will also have experience deploying test-and-learn strategies for in-flight campaigns, and have the know-how to analyze historical quantitative and qualitative data to provide forward-thinking recommendations aligned with our strategic goals.

Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as you will also be ensuring the seamless interchange of information between our MAP and CRM. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in automating intricate marketing processes, amplifying campaign execution, and driving operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll also be the guardian of data integrity within our marketing ecosystem. You’ll proactively audit databases, identify discrepancies, and orchestrate data-cleansing efforts. 


  • Support our MAP and CRM synchronization, ensuring seamless data exchange and alignment between Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Utilize and maintain Hubspot workflows to automate complex marketing processes, enhancing campaign execution and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively maintain the health of our databases, running regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and managing data cleansing processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish data hygiene and management policies.
  • Manage our data privacy program, ensuring our organization’s compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Regularly analyze and assess the performance of our campaigns, translating quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
  • Consistently deploy test-and-learn strategies while campaigns are in-flight, aimed at improving overall outcomes.
  • Support the management of our marketing tech stack, vendors, and outsourced projects. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve and simplify our tech stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tech stack issues, working closely with other technical teams as needed. 
  • Support the execution of various marketing activities for our growth and product teams.


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, an ability to drive through challenges and a willingness to learn

  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Experience with Apex programming language
