In her role, she is responsible for managing the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Micki utilizes financial data to influence operational decision making, strategy, and planning at the company. At Truelook, she leads the entire finance team as well as the human resource department. She has over 20 years of experience analyzing the risks and opportunities behind financial data. Outside of business hours, Micki enjoys distance running and being a super fan for her kids as they play sports.
