TrueLook began as a pioneer in IP camera technology, called Perceptual Robotics, Inc. The company invented the first PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera, which was renamed “TrueLook.” Since its inception, TrueLook has delivered more than 5 billion images to over 100 million users. TrueLook has also deployed cameras on every continent of the globe – including the NASA camera on the South Pole.
TrueLook has been used to webcast major media events, including: The NBA Finals, MLB World Series, Wimbledon, US Open, The Masters, US Presidential Inauguration, Cannes Film Festival, Grammys, Chicago and Detroit Auto Shows, and many more.
By 2010, TrueLook had built a substantial and growing customer base within the construction industry. Developing new capabilities for this segment allowed TrueLook to grow in a new and exciting direction.
Today, TrueLook’s turnkey hardware and cloud-hosted web app are primarily designed for the needs of owners and contractors. Live camera viewing, custom time-lapsing, security recording, and a large selection of other tools allow construction teams across North America to better manage their jobsites.

General Manager / Chief Operating Officer
Roger brings a 25-year background rich in programming, customer support, and systems management experience to TrueLook. Roger manages TrueLook’s operations department which is responsible for all customer implementations, support, purchasing, and solutions staging.
Chief Sales Officer
Shawn joined the TrueLook team in May of 2011 and brings with him over 15 years of sales experience. For the past seven years he has focused his energies on software and technology sales. Throughout his career Shawn has been responsible for identifying new opportunities, creating and maintaining new client relationships, and providing 1st class service and support.
Chief Marketing Officer
Allison Shaub has over a decade of experience helping B2B and B2C brands build and scale their marketing efforts to drive market share in increasingly competitive spaces. As TrueLook’s Chief Marketing Officer, she is responsible for developing strategic marketing and communications programs that generate awareness, achieve business targets, and drive deeper consumer engagement.
Chief Finance Officer
Micki has been in financial management for over 14 years. In this role, Micki directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring of financial performance.
