Job Description:

TrueLook is seeking a software developer with full-stack skills to join our growing team. You must have knowledge in all aspects of software development relating to web applications. You will take a direct role in the maintenance and continuing innovation of our entire platform. You will be hands-on with production systems, programming our web application, helping manage a large network of IoT connected devices, processing huge amounts of data, and everything in between. Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in programming and deploying modern web applications and services.
  • Strong abilities in multiple web-technology languages and concepts – HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, Java, PHP, shell-scripting, AJAX/JSON , HTTPS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of server, network, and hosting environments, specifically Tomcat, LAMP, AWS ( EC2, S3, and RDS), NGINX, MySQL/PostgreSQL, routing, etc.
  • Must be able to independently develop new software and readily understand and debug existing code.
  • Ability to perform complex analysis and problem resolution on software applications.
  • Both desktop and mobile app development (iOS, Android, Cordova) is desirable.
  • Ability to understand and integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and platform.
  • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
  • Passionate about creating a quality product with an attention to detail, best practices, security, and UI/UX.

Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

TrueLook is seeking a Customer Success Representative to assist with onboarding new customers and perform tier one customer service. You will be responsible for contacting new customers to go over details about their recent order. You will handle questions about shipping, installation, activation and setup. The ideal candidate would have a background in inside sales and/or customer service.

Essential Duties

  • Responsible for delivering customer’s overall success with TrueLook, securing renewals, driving adoption of TrueLook solutions, and delivering highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contact new customers to ensure smooth onboarding, addressing any questions and developing customer relationships.
  • Guide customers through installation of their camera systems, as necessary, and walk them through the basics of setting up users and interface features.
  • Handle tier one customer service calls and escalate customer support needs as necessary.
  • Continue communications with active customers to address concerns, inquire into additional projects or potential contacts, and to uncover new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Drive engagement, participation, and increases feature adoption across all customer accounts.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally at TrueLook and provide internal feedback on how TrueLook can better serve our customers.
  • Deliver on an exceptional customer experience with proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Experienced inside sales or customer service representative with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call environment.
  • Absolute dedication to maintaining the highest possible standards of quality and customer service.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to update a CRM (SalesForce experience is a plus).
  • Strong phone and email skills is a must.

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Calling 40+ prospects or new clients in the construction and real estate industry per day.
  • Answering inbound sales calls and qualifying prospects.
  • Managing inbound leads.
  • Providing web demos and webinars to potential prospects.
  • Utilizing a CRM to manage accounts (SalesForce knowledge is a plus).
  • Contacting our existing client base to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record with the ability to hit targeted goals.
  • Ability to work within a small team environment.
  • Experience working a discovery sales process.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
