JOB DESCRIPTION

TrueLook is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. Our next BDR teammate has a passion for sales and is looking to grow their sales acumen. They are able to self-motivate to meet goals and thrive in a close-knit team environment. As a key part of our sales team they will be responsible for generating opportunities, utilizing lead generation tools, data entry and updating info into a CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling 50+ prospects or potential new clients in the construction and real estate industry per day.
  • Qualifying and uncovering new prospects.
  • Using lead generation tools
  • Utilizing a CRM to manage accounts
  • Scheduling product demonstrations for sales representatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Ability to cold call and manage data entry
  • Ability to work as a team player within a small team environment.
  • Experience working a discovery sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus!
