Project Highlight: Speedway Classic 2025

Set up by BaAM Productions

BaAM Productions made history by transforming Bristol Motor Speedway, normally home to roaring NASCAR engines, into a world-class baseball venue for the first-ever Major League Baseball game in Tennessee, The Speedway Classic. To capture this unprecedented project, BaAM relied on a TrueLook 4K IR PTZ Camera, providing crystal-clear imagery and the flexibility to pan, tilt, and zoom across the massive space. The camera documented every stage of the transformation, from the installation of the infield to the finishing touches on the ballpark setup to the breakdown of the event, preserving the remarkable feat of converting a racetrack into a diamond fit for MLB action.

With TrueLook’s technology, BaAM Productions not only created a professional-grade time-lapse showcasing the speed, precision, and creativity behind the Speedway Classic transformation, but they also used the camera’s live feed to monitor weather conditions and track progress during the event setup. This real-time visibility kept their team informed and ready to adapt as needed. The final time-lapse served as a high-quality visual record that highlighted their event production expertise and became a powerful tool to share with clients, demonstrating their ability to deliver on large-scale, one-of-a-kind projects. The result was more than just an incredible live event; it was a shareable, lasting showcase of a milestone moment in sports history.
