About the Role:
TrueLook is looking for an agentic full stack developer who uses AI agents as force multipliers, not just autocomplete. You’ll ship features 2–5× faster by effectively orchestrating AI coding tools while maintaining code quality. This is an individual contributor role with high agency.
Core Requirements:
Agentic Experience (Primary)
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents:
- Claude Code
- OpenCode
- Cursor
- Copilot
- Cline
- Judgment on when to trust agent output versus intervene
- Ability to decompose complex work into agent-friendly tasks
- Experience prompting LLMs for:
- Code generation
- Debugging
- Refactoring

- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
- RAG implementations
