TrueAI now turns the photos your cameras already take into answers, alerts, and daily briefs. Ask a question in TrueAI Chat, get alerted with TrueAI Notify, and catch up with a daily TrueAI Brief. Every answer links back to the photos behind it.
The TrueLook platform you already rely on, now easier to use. Your cameras, time-lapses, and other tools all work the same way. Every page has a cleaner layout, and controls that used to be tucked away are now more visible, so you spend less time searching and more time on your jobsite.
The all-in-one mount customers already rely on, now better. It still has a 15′ pole for any exterior camera, built-in solar panels for off-grid power, and a frame you can move with a forklift. New leveling jacks handle uneven ground, and higher-wattage panels keep cameras online through long stretches of cloudy weather.
Get cameras online wherever you build. TrueLook cameras now connect over cellular, Ethernet, WiFi, or compatible satellite internet. Set up your satellite hardware, plug in the camera, and you’ll have live jobsite views within minutes, even where cell coverage is weak or nonexistent.
Manage your solar-powered cameras in more detail than ever. See each setup’s current charge, power, voltage, and temperature, with charts that track changes over time. This update also brought customer-requested improvements to Time-Lapse, TrueAI PPE, and Image Comparison.
TrueAI PPE checks photos captured as often as once a minute and flags PPE compliance issues straight from your cameras. Teams use it to reduce risk, improve compliance, and act on safety issues as they happen.
Some projects need complete security records. Auto-Fetch Security Recordings automatically saves all footage from your cameras to your TrueLook account. After the project ends, footage is stored for three years or indefinitely, depending on your plan.
Two new cameras joined the lineup. The 8K IR fixed camera delivers our highest image quality for detailed documentation, and the 2K IR fixed camera is a cost-effective option that keeps the essentials. Both work with the full TrueLook platform, including live viewing, security, and time-lapse.
The updated TrueShield security solution keeps the protection you trust, with a few upgrades. Talk-down is now built into the audiovisual deterrents, so you no longer need a separate bullhorn. It also works with our solar panels and installs faster thanks to a lighter, more streamlined design.
We started 2025 with an all-new camera lineup. The cameras keep every platform feature, including live viewing, security, and time-lapse, and they’re now easier to install, maintain, and switch between 110V and solar power.
Single sign-on now supports Microsoft Entra ID, giving your team more flexible, secure ways to log in. Admins can change login options under Customer Details, then Access Control.
Get jobsite insights you couldn’t get before. TrueAI helps you make sense of visual data so you can make faster, better decisions. Your cameras generate insights around the clock, far beyond what a team with limited hours could cover.
Need extra security to meet builder’s risk requirements? TrueShield is an all-in-one solution with multiple cameras, audiovisual deterrents, talk-down, battery backup, and more. Essential, Advanced, and Pro models are available to buy or lease, powered by 110V or a solar mobile surveillance trailer.
Connect TrueLook to Raken to track progress, document site conditions, and support safety in one place. Live camera views sit alongside Raken’s project tracking, so daily reports go faster and everyone stays on the same page. Log in to set up the integration.
The interior multi-camera combines flexible mounting and quick relocation with the full TrueLook feature set. Its four-in-one design pairs a 1080p PTZ you control with three 5MP fixed cameras for HD 360° views. It fits interior projects from new construction to retrofits.
Keep an eye on several jobsites at once. Live slideshows rotate uninterrupted streams between your projects, with other cameras shown as thumbnails. Latest-image slideshows give a quick snapshot of every site and refresh every few minutes. Set the display time, layout, and transitions to fit how you monitor and present progress.
Skyscraper mode on fixed-position 4K IR cameras makes vertical projects easy to document. Rotate the camera 90°, and our team remotely adjusts its settings so the entire building is captured and displayed correctly. Switch it back to landscape for your next project.
Link your TrueLook cameras to DroneDeploy to see your jobsite from even more angles. Keeping drone and camera data together saves time, adds views for documentation and security, and keeps you documenting when weather grounds the drone.
Premium time-lapses show off your firm’s work and help win new clients. Professional editors hand-select your best images, color-correct and enhance them, and add your logo, music, and project facts. Unlimited AI-generated time-lapses are still included with every camera. Contact your TrueLook account executive to order one.
Our leasing program offers flexible payments and hands-free maintenance. Whether you lease or buy, you get the same features and benefits. Fixed-position and PTZ cameras are available to lease, along with upgrades like solar power and security add-ons, so you can build the right setup for each project.
Slideshows make it easy to show off your projects. Pick the time-lapses and images you want, and TrueLook builds the slideshow. Share the link with anyone, with no login required, to update stakeholders, run highlights in your lobby, post to social media, or win new business.
Our two-panel system powers TrueLook cameras in most conditions, but long overcast stretches can still be a challenge. For sites with frequent bad weather, we now offer a third solar panel that works with most existing solar systems. Contact your TrueLook representative to learn more.
PTZ camera viewfinders now include arrows, one more way to move around the 360° view. Tap an arrow to reposition the camera, or use presets and the panoramic selection box to jump to a spot. Longtime customers asked for the arrows back, and we listened.
Share progress with stakeholders through enhanced sharing links. One link can now include multiple cameras or projects, and you control which cameras appear, what viewers can do, and when the link expires. The new Sharing Center keeps every link in one place. Every camera includes unlimited users, and sharing links are ideal for people who need limited or one-time access, with no account required.
