Project Highlight: Baylor Scott and White Patient Bed Tower Expansion

Built by Whiting-Turner

The Baylor Scott & White Patient Bed Tower Expansion in Round Rock, TX, marks a significant step in expanding healthcare services for the growing community. Managed by Whiting-Turner, the project began in December 2022 and is nearing completion, with only minor finishing phases scheduled through 2026. Throughout the build, three TrueLook Cameras (two Fixed 4K IR units and one PTZ camera) played a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution. These cameras provided continuous monitoring of the jobsite, helping the team stay informed on progress without needing to be physically onsite as often.

Beyond security recordings, the cameras served as a valuable tool for viewing and documentation. The live streaming and recorded footage offered real-time visibility, allowing the Whiting-Turner team to quickly address potential site issues and maintain a secure environment. The time-lapse and photo documentation features also ensured detailed records of construction milestones, streamlining communication with stakeholders and supporting project transparency. As the Baylor Scott & White Patient Bed Tower moves toward final completion, one TrueLook Camera continues to help the team maintain oversight and keep the project running efficiently.
