Project Highlight: Hilton Park Central

Layton Construction completed construction of the Hilton Park Central in Phoenix, Arizona, a five-story dual-branded hotel (Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites). Layton Construction relied on a TrueLook 4K IR Fixed Camera to keep a close eye on the site. The camera was used throughout the project to monitor progress in real time, enhance jobsite security, and capture detailed imagery for documentation. With continuous visibility and infrared capabilities, the camera helped the team stay informed and responsive, even during off-hours or in low-light conditions.

The footage collected wasn’t just for internal use. Layton used the high-resolution images to keep stakeholders updated and to build excitement around the project’s milestones. After completing construction, the team downloaded a TrueLook time-lapse video and shared it on social media. The result was a stunning visual story of how the five-story, dual-branded hotel came together, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the transformation from groundbreaking to grand opening.
